We needed to have the garage door outside control box activated. We did not have a code to enter to open the garage door. We also needed two more garage door remotes. The technician that came out was friendly. We talked to him and he was a US Army Veteran and we had something in common with him. We both lived and worked in Grafenwoehr/Vilseck Germany.
Very knowledgeable, didn't try and sell me all brand new equipment, found the problem and corrected it, saved me hundreds of dollars.
The two installation techs arrived when they said, removed my old doors, and installed the new ones, along with motors to operate them. 100% satisfied with the doors and service. The doors are well constructed and strong. The price was reasonable.
It broke the night before when I put it down. The next morning I got online looking for the phone number to call. I noticed that I could simply click whether I needed new doors or installation or repairs. I click repairs. It gave me times and it was actually 10-12 noon that morning that was availability so I clicked it. Not thinking it could be that easy.
