Price extremely high. They provide a low-ball estimate over the phone and then it was 50 % higher when the service tech came out.
Technicians did an excellent job replacing door opener and cables! Now, we have a new opener with battery backup. They also provided great information! Thank you.

Excellent service, on time, experienced technician. Precision serviced my garage door 6 months ago and I had a similar problem again so they have to come back. However, this time was simpler and hopefully the solution they installed this time will last way more than 6 months. Very good service anyway!
