The old wire sensors on either side of the garage door had corroded and no longer communicated with each other. They were cut back and replaced with new wire. The door now operates properly. The tech, Richard McCann also replaced several overhead light bulbs. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. Kudos.
Expert service and repair!!!
We had a great experience with Precision. The service tech Ricky provided a full service overview giving us options. There was no pressure he was polite and friendly and provided us tips on how best to maintain our garage door with very little effort.
Technician Andy Maynard is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
Scotty Johnson was excellent. He analyzed the problem and fixed it right away. His 37 year in the business of paid off!
