Same day service, called at 7:30am, technician arrived at 9am to complete the repair. Had all the parts on the truck.
Over priced I should have ased for a quote ahead of time. I needed one torsion spring replaced. Tech quoted me $500 for one spring and recommended to have both replaced at the same time.. (i get it). I told him his prices were high. I called other garage repair companies and they quoted $250-$300 per spring. I settled on a competitor and had two springs replaced for a total of $600. Our garage motor quit working. I called precision. Chris arrived 2 hours later. He provided 3 different options and pricing. Chris replaced the motor, belt and serviced the door. He also reprogramed all remotes. Great job!
