The service and quality of work were excellent. The technician replaced all of the undersized lag screws left from the original installation, which had been done by a different company for the prior home owner. He also corrected the improper mounting of the spring bar that had been installed incorrectly by the original company. With the new rollers, my garage door is now amazingly quiet.
