Technician (James) called ahead to confirm appointment window, was on time, pleasant and courteous and took care of the issue. He offered several alternatives for resolving the immediate problem, as well as assessing likelihood of further issues and offering solutions at different price points. He had on his truck what was needed to handle any aspects of those solutions, short of ordering a new door (which would have involved the HOA :p ).
