Pauly is a con artist—lied about price, no paperwork, holds cars hostage! If you bring your car to Precision Frame, be warned that the owner, Pauly, is a complete crook who will trap you. We explicitly agreed that the $2,690 insurance check from Allstate would cover the work. He did not perform any extra work on my car, but at the very end, he completely switched up the agreement, lied, and fabricated a surprise $1,400 balance out of thin air. By far one of the nicest and professional team I’ve ever dealt with. I took my van to Jays auto in Palos for some minor body work to be done. HORRIBLE experience..they mismatched my paint and left running marks around the wheel. Took my van to Pauly for an estimate he was honest..thorough. Completed my van early!! They cleaned the inside too!! My baby looks brand new!! QUALITY work for sure!! I’d recommend them to everyone!!!
