Dr. Jacob is a true doctor. She cares! You are not part of an assembly line. She doesn't talk over you and she doesn't play "God". She is very intelligent and competent with a great personality. Dr Jacob removed a continual problem that I’d been treating monthly for 2 years. Little did I know my ingrown nail problem could be removed permanently. Very relieved and pleased with care and treatment.
