Very professional and personable. Doctor explained everything about my eyes so i understood. Very thorough. Receptionist is very nice. Was able to be seen within a few days. Receptionist was helpful in selecting frames. Would highly recommend!
They are polite! Front desk is always helpful and in a good mood! My eye doctor is thorough takes his time and explains everything! I’ve found out a lot about my eyes as a newly diagnosed diabetic and explained improvements in my eye sight since my horse riding accident.
Brent did a great job explaining everything about the eye exam.
Another FANTASTIC experience with Dr. Thornton! He is very informative and answered all of our questions! We actually moved out of state a couple years ago, but still see Dr. Thornton. With COVID and travel restrictions, we had to change our appointments multiple times and the staff was so helpful and understanding. We highly recommended Dr. Thornton!
They went out of the way too. get the frames that I wanted. Always excellent service.
When you walk in the door you are greeted by the amazing staff. The office is very clean and stylish. Dr. Bell is an absolute delight! I recently took my son in for an exam and he loved it. Dr. Bell was so thorough and really helped to explain screen time limits and how it affects children’s vision. We were really impressed with the technology the office uses.
