This office was excellent under Dr. Buca, but the experience has gone downhill since then. The dentist seems to change frequently, so there’s no consistency in providers from one visit to the next. Appointments are often rescheduled, making it difficult to plan or take time off work with confidence. The biggest issue has been billing. Estimated charges rarely match the final cost, and it often feels like a bait-and-switch—services are approved based on one estimate, only to later be told insurance doesn’t cover them. If you are bothered by happy people and/or good service, this is not a good choice for you. If you are OK with that, then I highly recommend Dr North and his staff. All local folks.
