The office staff and assistants were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Steinburg was disappointing. I interacted with him for only a few minutes, but he came across as annoyed and dismissive. He was upset that I didnt have another Dr.s paperwork. I saw he was clearly annoyed and I apologized. Be careful here. The office thinks they know your insurance plan better than you do. And they tell you that if you don't complete a new patient registration online, you don't have an appointment. Today , I received an appointment email reminder. My gut has never let me down with health care providers. Tread carefully here.
