The staff is friendly and caring. Clear explanation is given through out all procedures and hygiene is on point. I highly recommend.
I've been going to Dr. Steinberg for 3 years since my lasik surgery. All good experiences so far. To be honest, this year's check up was disappointing. The new staff didn't seem to know anything about my previous lasik. It was almost as if they never read my chart. The doctor I saw was pleasant and friendly (more than I can say about the other staff I saw), but didn't seem to know anything about my history. I feel terrible reporting on this, but while Dr. Steinberg has been great, this new staff was lackluster at best.
