Dr. Coats was great, the young woman who did intake/nurse was great and very friendly cant recall her name but she was welcoming and friendly. The guy who fitted me for my glasses was great. Couldn't say more positive things about my experience...glasses were significantly more expensive than online websites though. The clinical part was great, clean and modern office. Just recommend purchasing glasses elsewhere if you are on a budget.
