From start to finish, my experience was great with this office. The explanations were thorough. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The team of people that work there definitely seem as if they genuinely enjoy working together. Everything was sanitized and very organized. The glasses took a little longer than I expected but they were upfront with us about it which I appreciate. My daughter’s tutor recommended this company so my daughter could be evaluated, and I scheduled an appointment for her. From the moment I made the appointment, the customer service was amazing. They even called me to let me know they had an earlier opening available so my daughter could be seen sooner, which I truly appreciated. Called them to see if I can start coming here and they don't take blue choice of medicaid so can't get in here..
Place is horrible, been three weeks and still haven't received my daughter glasses. NOBODY SHOULD COME HERE!
