I was referred here for a root canal. The office staff/dental assistant were nice but Dr. Smith is pretty gruff and rough. During the process, some kind of solution got past the drape holding my mouth open, I'm not sure what it was but it smelled and tasted like bleach, burned my throat and made me gag. There was no explanation about that. Also, Dr. Smith smelled strongly of cigarettes when he came in the exam room as if he'd just come in from a smoke break, which was really off-putting.
