Mario, the technician, was very kind and professional. The door works great now. The reason for giving us only 4 stars is the price. VERY expensive!!!
They were professional and efficient from the beginning, making me aware of my options for a door replacement. Scheduling the work at my convenience, the installer was on time, friendly, and did great work, cleaning up completely and showing me all the features. I would use Precision for any service needed!
The service was not satisfactory. While the technician arrived on time, the overall repair felt rushed and lacked proper attention to detail. The garage door issue was not fully resolved, and it still does not operate smoothly. Communication during the process was limited and unclear, which made the experience frustrating. Overall, the service did not meet expectations.
I was able to call on a Sunday and set an appointment for the next day. What started as a problem with the remotes turned out to be a detached wire, which was fixed. My remotes were ANCIENT, and I got two new ones. The track and rollers were a rusty mess, and he was able to repair/replace them in a jiffy. Cost more than I expected at the time, BUT I got all the options explained and decided to get it fixed earlier rather than later.
