The whole team was great to work with. Precision door is always so accommodating when we had issues with our old door. Glad and love our new door. Would highly recommend.
My garage door opener needed replacing. The technician was there within an hour and replaced the unit, operating button, keypad, and remotes. He was very friendly and efficient. I've used this company before and they give great service.
Very honest and very good customer relationship.
Springs for garage door were replaced with new ones and a tension system. Double size door opens and closes like a charm, however, he handle to open the door from the outside does not open the door as it did previously. Apparently the local mechanism has somehow been compromised.. Phone calls to company has resulted in no response!
