I had a superior service experience with Mario Velez from Precision. He was prompt, polite and very efficient. The poor guy was out there working in this sub zero weather so I could get to work! Very impressed with the level of service I received.
Matthew and his fellow associates were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with the job he did fixing our garage door. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic work. However, the price was still expensive. I'll be searching for a less expensive service. If needed next time. I know you're not responsible for the current economy. But prices have really gotten out of hand.. twenty five minutes of work cost nearly five hundred dollars insane.
Came out on time and identified the problem With my door and needed motor opener replacement. Was done quickly and efficiently. Not the cheapest. Not quite happy because about a week later it would not operate. And had them out and found arm connection was loose and not secured properly. Fixed at no additional cost. Thank you
