Beware the upsell ! Had a broken spring so called and asked for a technician to come. First thing he said was that the bar on my opener was bent. I said I know it's been like that for a long time. In fact because it was flexing I had braced it by screwing it to the rafter just above it. Hence it has a slight bend, hasn't been an issue for the last 25 years.
