Luke did an excellent job identifying the cable needed to be replaced. I thought it was a track force program issue or required a new bottom seal. Luke is a great conversationalist. Quickly gets the root cause analysis correct. Fixed the problem and helped me identify a game plan for next late spring or summer on another seal and rollers. A little pricey but considering the fact it was a Saturday and same day service I'm happy overall. If you need a technician ask for Luke.
