John, the technician did a terrific job fixed our garage door and all worked out well
It was a very easy process from the beginning to the end. Easy set up and timely communication leading up to the repair. The technician John showed up and got right to work fixing the issue as well as going over some issues i may have in the future. He was knowledgeable and even went over multiple options for possible future services if needed.
Shane and Shemar replaced my entire garage door system on a three-car garage today and did a fabulous job. Shane walked me through everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The new system can be controlled remotely, is super quiet, and is safer than my previous system. I highly recommend!
I called precision, garage door service in the morning and by early afternoon my repair was complete. John, my service technician, was professional, friendly and timely. He let me know exactly what needed to be done, as well as helpful upgrades that could be completed. I will be using precision in the future to make garage door modifications.
