I made an appointment with them and was given a 4 hour window, 3 PM-7PM, but my email confirmation said 3-5. I called around 6 to make sure someone was still coming. The dispatcher said she was trying to locate the tech and placed me on hold. She then told me a manager would call me back, but no one bothered calling me back.
Timely service, professional and efficient at a decent price. I called and they came the same day within the hour. My car was trapped.
Technicians were amazing ! Walked me through everything I needed & gave me so many options ! Highly recommend .
Great service and helpful. Garage doors are expensive to maintain--plan ahead and save some headache! My technician was great and did the work quickly and exceptionally (in the cold weather, to boot!)
2nd time I've used Precision to replace different springs on my garage door. Same day service as promised...professional repair tech...job well done on both occasions.
Very disappointed with pricing. I was given 2 prices and when I gave them a coupon they raised the price higher than than the original quote. I called them over 2 weeks ago to ask about the price and I have yet to hear from them. I just called tonight and they told me he has been very busy. Who isn't busy? Not the best customer service. I tried to give them half a star but it wouldn't let me.
