Called regarding door repair in a.m. Rick Bourget called and came 11/2 hours earlier than scheduled.He was very professional,did complete inspection explained what repairs were needed ,and did repairs at a cost within my limited budget. He was very understandable of my situation and was willing to go above and beyond to help me. THANK YOU RICK
Can't give it a zero but would have to give it a zero. I called a number of others to get a general idea of the cost to repair broken spring on garage door $200 to $250. Really nice guy comes and shows me other things that could be replaced (I declined) and tells me $169 installed. He just finished and handed me a bill for $402. Apparently no one thought it was their obligation to tell me they were going to actually replace BOTH springs even the unbroken one at $169 EACH and then a $50 service charge.
