Called Rick this morning after our torsion spring broke and he was over to our house that evening. We had someone come over earlier in the day for another estimate before Rick got there but Rick gave us a price we couldn’t beat. He got to work immediately and was done in about an hour. Rick was great and came out same day when we called about damage to our garage door. He was able to quickly find a new panel for our door and installed in the next day! Rick was prompt, very responsive and super knowledgeable.
Rick is a Very knowledgeable older gentleman and fairly priced , being a smaller operation with lower overhead expenses , he replaced a broken spring and I had the other one replaced also since they were originals , it was a very heavy wooden door and he lowered the door and weighed it on a scale … to determine the correct spring size needed !
