Rick's the real deal! I had a pretty typical repair (broken spring) but feel that Rick went above and beyond. He not only replaced the the broken gear quickly with higher quality springs, he noticed my opener button wasn't working as expected and fixed that too. Real nice guy, obviously knows his stuff. Recommended!
