Unreliable Service – After they changed my locks, one of them stopped working , unprofessional response ! Badly staff.
Always amazing service and attention to detail. Just replaced my springs and noticed a few other things off. Took time to make sure everything was right. Highly recommend.
Rick rocks! My motor blew, and from the time I called and he finished the job it was 58 minutes. That could be a record. Super nice guy. He set it all up, with codes, applied lubricant to all of the springs and hinges, cleaned up, and was on his way. I asked for a card and a sticker, and he threw in a pen. This is my first Google review I've ever posted. It says a lot about the guy, and his mobile operation.
Called Rick this morning after our torsion spring broke and he was over to our house that evening. We had someone come over earlier in the day for another estimate before Rick got there but Rick gave us a price we couldn’t beat. He got to work immediately and was done in about an hour. I highly recommend A1 Garage Door and will recommend him to anyone who needs work done. Thanks, Rick!
