So glad Precision Diagnostics Inc/Chris found me. We were dealing with Ram ecm issues that another shop couldn’t fix/figure out for 2 weeks, and our regular calibration company wouldn’t even come out to check & help us out. Sublet jobs for body shops is tricky work, and Precision Diagnostics always performs it flawlessly. Their customer service is excellent, and everyone I've dealt with is extremely pleasant. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our shop's alignments, mechanical work, and diagnostics.

BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HIRE UNEXPERINCED PEOPLE WITH NO KNOWLEGE OF HOW TO USE FACTORY EQUIPMENT SCANNERS FOR PROGRAMMING AND WHEN THEY MESS UP THEY WON'T TAKE ACCOUNTABLITY. AFTER COSTING THE SHOP $2,600.00 FOR THEIR SCREW UP THEY HAD THE GIRL WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE GIVE ME A RUN AROUND TO GET REINBURSED. NOW THEY WONT RESPOND.
