I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Steven’s, his nurse and the receptionist. I went today for a spot on my forehead and the Doctor did a full body check, I was immediately put at ease. He showed compassion and explained everything, so I could understand. Thankfully, it is nothing serious.
I have been seeing JoAnne for several years now and she is by far the best I have ever known! She is very highly regarded due to her talent, and creating consistent positive results. Kind and very professional with a touch of humour. Clean offices. They make you feel comfortable and cared for…first visit and I was very impressed!
I couldn't have had a better experience. Dr. Stevens was very thorough. He explained each step and what he was doing. It (basal cell/Mohs surgery) was more involved than first expected. The nurses were amazing. Everyone tried to put you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Stevens and his team. I had my recheck today, and he was very happy with the healing.
