Just not an overall welcoming place, no eye contact other than the PA, which was a little condescending. Nobody likes going to the doctor let alone having some issues miss the old Dr. Siegel‘s place.!!!
Wow! What an incredible place. I was a little nervous about a new spot on my skin. I expressed this to the woman at the front desk and she immediately got me in. From the moment you walk in the door, to the head-to-toe body scan, everyone is so kind and professional. It is not easy or comforting needing to get your skin checked and everything that they were able to control to make it better- they did. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to create a plan that really worked for his skin. I’m giving it a 2 because I like Dr Siegel and the new Tech was very kind. It’s unfortunate that this corporation bought out Dr. Siegel’s business. They are rude as can be now. The receptionist with the dark hair, glasses is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She tried to justify me being forced to pay $100 a year to get a script they know I need for the rest of my life by saying “she’s in the same boat” then saying “well you can choose to go without the medicine.” Then proceeded to tell me “you have to pay for ... read more
