Super nice and friendly office. Heather at the front was so welcoming and friendly. The Doctor was thorough and extremely helpful with all of treatment options.
I was promptly seen at appointed time. Dr. Mohammed thoroughly explained the procedure before treatment. She took utmost care and minimized any discomfort. I have total trust in her care. Thank you.
The waiting lobby is practical and efficient just like the staff! The “wait” time is minimal! The exam and procedure room is simple but complete! The medical personnel are nice and caring and reassuring! The doctor is very personal and knowledgeable in her field! The examination was thorough and painless during the biopsy sample taking! Front desk is amazing welcoming and helpful. Assistant was wonderful answering all the questions left unanswered by provider. I seen NP Mohamed she was extremely impatient, rushed the exam and looked annoyed with her assistant. As I was telling her my concerns she would give short answers with zero instruction after prescribing creams. They also gave me samples of over the counter SPF’s that could’ve caused burns with the creams given. Disappointed and will seek a second opinion before using what was prescribed.
