Set up a manhole core with Ken. Work was in the City of Mesa right of way, and had to be performed at a specific date and time. The day of the core Ken would not answer or reply to calls, texts, or voicemails. Pushed back the schedule and upset the city and our inspectors. Unprofessional and unresponsive. We will never use them again.
I hired Ken almost 10 years ago to cut two window openings in my Mesa cinder block built home. His work was excellent. I am leaving a review now as times have changed and I didn't realize I should to do this years ago. I was looking to have some similar work done and searched his business. Fortunately he is obviously still going strong.
