I had cataract surgery in both eyes on May 21, 2026. I paid an extra $2,300 for lenses. I deeply regret this decision! My left eye is now legally blind with 20/400 vision; unfortunately, it's not possible to adjust glasses for this vision, and my right eye is doing the opposite of what I wanted.
