Heidi and her team are the absolute best in the business. They’re so professional and so honest and are always looking to do what’s best for their customers. Can’t recommend them enough, absolute best place to get body work done on your car.
The work was great! I am very happy that I had Precision Collision take care of my bumper repair. I was referred my the Magic Mechanic. That referral alone made me feel very secure in my decision. Amanda handled my estimate appoint really well. She clearly communicated about what was needed, how long the repair would take and how they would handle my repair. Precision Collison did a wonderful job repairing my car after it was attacked by a grocery cart. They also repaired a large chip on my passenger door. You cannot tell that any work was necessary.
Do not take your car anywhere else.! The team at Precision went above and beyond for me. I took my Accord in for repairs that were pretty straightforward. Once they removed the drivers side rear fender Heidi, the shop owner, contacted me immediately to let me know that prior body work was not completed properly. I panicked and thought for sure I would have to involve a lawyer. Nope, Heidi reached out to the other shop and they agreed to pay Precision to fix what they had done improperly. Needed a new bumper due to a minor fender bender and received excellent service and pricing was very reasonable. They even gave my car a wash and vacuum. If I am in need of future body work I will definitely use them again.
