Brought my car in just for an assessment because I knew it was leaking power steering fluid. Unfortunately with everything that is going on I was unable to afford the quote of what all needed to be done, so I said I would just take the car back and try to save the money to have it worked on later. They charged me $130 just to look at it! I've been to a lot of mechanics and wether or not I was getting work done I've never once been charged just to have someone look at my car. My car went in for bumper repair and paint but needed to be replaced. Insurance approved it. Was told my car was finished but could not be picked up because Insurance had not sent check. I called at 12:30 and 3:30. At 4:10 insurance agent called and said they had just sent invoice at 3:55. They could have invoiced them when bumper arrived or when car was finished. They forgot to. Only after my second car did they submit it. I get to go 3 more days without my car now. Great service NOT
Body work on my bumper was done in house and looks as good as new, from the shape of the bumper to the paint job. Along with fixing the bumper within the price of my insurance estimate, they fixed a extraneous problem with my door and replaced the fog lights. Axel was great in customer service and getting the work done quickly!
