I brought my vehicle to Gerber Collision in Gonzales,La. My car was there almost two months.The adjuster, Phuong V. , missed a lot of damage caused by the accident. I had to go over there twice and point out noticeable damage he should have seen when he did his first assessment.The communication with the adjuster,Phuong V , and Gerber Collision was awful,very unprofessional.Almost two months he should have seen all the noticeable damage. I will never go there again or recommended anyone to go there. Very unprofessional!!!!!!
Never. NEVER take your vehicle, whether it's a car, truck, SUV, riding lawnmower or bicycle to this facility. This place has horrible customer service and the "work" they do is even worse. After I was rear ended, I went to Gerber mainly because it was a preferred repair facility through my insurance company. They kept it two weeks past the time they said it would be finished. No problem. Things happen. Understood. When I finally got my vehicle back, it was visibly worse than what it was originally. Plus, they barely even was... read more

Very shady. My vehicle has been there for the better part of a month and it's no where close to being done. The ONLY reason I brought my car there was it was one of the shops recommended by my insurance company. Big mistake! With the first two weeks, I get a call from them inquiring about removing the locking lugs from my tires. I told him I didn't have locking lugs but he insisted I did.
