RO #3201613845 Very very poor communication was hoping their work quality was ok but unfortunately it's as bad as the communication. Gaps misaligned, parts not attached properly, paint rough texture, etc. But they always have an excuse whether it's the insurances company or that's to factory spec. Truck was there for close to a month for damages that most people never noticed here where i work. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Great business, all around
Gerber repaired the front end of my mothers Toyota from an accident and now the hood will not open. How does this happen if you have quality controls in place!!!! Unbelievable. DO NOT GO THERE.
Transparency is the key to any good business practice. Maybe others could find that at Gerber Collision in Gonzales, but for me it was non-existent.
