Beware of this shop … my car exhaust got ripped off, dirt in the paint , over spary… a minor fender dent in a drive-through turned into a nightmare to repair!
I have my truck there being repaired. They give regular updates. My family previously used them They do fantastic work. Hopefully I don't need body work done again. But if I needed them they would be the ones I would use.
They the kinda people that will mess your car up because they didn't know what they was doing , and want the customer to pay for the damage that was cause by them not doing the job correctly. Very expensive mistake.
I brought my to Gerber Collision in Gonzales,La. My car was there almost two months.The adjuster, Phuong V. , missed a lot of damage caused by the accident. I had to go over there twice and point out noticeable damage he should have seen when he did his first assessment.The communication with the adjuster,Phuong V , and Gerber Collision was awful,very unprofessional.Almost two months he should have seen all the noticeable damage. I will never go there again or recommended anyone to go there. Very unprofessional!!!!!!
I recently brought my car to Gerber Collision in Gonzales for repairs following a collision in New Orleans. Initially, the customer service was great, but things took a turn after I picked up my vehicle. After having the car for a month, it started making a loud rubbing noise.
