What h out when paying by check they will cash your check electronically and then a week later deposit it so you get charged twice called my bank and they are fixing it they should have not been able to do this as the check had no markings on it and it should have when it was processed electronically when I called them they said I had to prove it well it was right in front of them did not want to fool with them ever again my bank said when I called they were already working on it as the check was cashed twice Beware

The car repairs were well done, but the people who handle payments are extremely sketchy. When I paid my deductible via check when repairs were done, they immediately electronically deposited it, and then a week later somehow also physically deposited it in their bank. Upon calling, they told me that they saw the double deposit but I had to still come in to "prove" it and that they had no idea how long it would take for corporate to fix their mistake. Don't play with people's money. I would not recommend Gerber to anyone.

RO #3201613845 Very very poor communication was hoping their work quality was ok but unfortunately it's as bad as the communication. Gaps misaligned, parts not attached properly, paint rough texture, etc. But they always have an excuse whether it's the insurances company or that's to factory spec. Truck was there for close to a month for damages that most people never noticed here where i work. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Gerber repaired the front end of my mothers Toyota from an accident and now the hood will not open. How does this happen if you have quality controls in place!!!! Unbelievable. DO NOT GO THERE.
