This review has been long overdue. I had a car accident last year. A texting teen rear ended my 2015 Chrysler 300 with a mini van. It did extensive damage to the rear of the car. I had it brought to their shop and their amazing customer service was excellent. They gave me frequent check up calls and told me of the progress to the repairs. When they were all finished it, looked and drove just like the brand new car it was. Very impressed with all the attention to detail.
From beginning to end they kept me informed! They went "above and beyond"! I totally recommend them!!

I had some repairs and body work done to a front bumper and fender. They did an amazing job! It looks better than when I first bought the car. The paint job matches perfectly. They also had my back when the insurance company had a rusty part sent to them. They would not accept it and got a non rusted part. I'm so greatful that they did that for me. You can be sure that if you bring your car here it will get the best parts and service.
Precision Auto is by far the BEST auto place I have ever worked with! From day 1 they took the time to explain what they could do to make my car look brand new! I was given serval options to fix my car to find what worked best for me!!!! Then when I brought in my car they were able to fix it fast... And the finish product... AMAZING! I heard about Precision Collision Auto by word of mouth after my accident. I was told that they did good work and they were easy to work with. Well, all of that was true as I actually was super impressed with the final outcome of my truck. Everything looked perfect and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Candice and Gary helped my through the entire insurance process and kept me updated on everything that came up. I highly recommend them to anyone because they are friendly, professional, and they do great work!
