I had a minor problem and needed a jack to put a spare tire on until I can get one in the next couple days. With no hesitation they not only said they had a jack, they put it on for me. I just had an amazing experience at Precision Collision in Rome, Illinois. I pulled into the parking lot, but didn't go in the shop right away as I was responding to a text from my daughter. I heard a sound and looked out to see a guy kneeling down to look at the front of my car. He said, "I see what you need. Give me a minute and I'll take care of it for you." Bob and all the guys always go the extra mile. Took my grandson’s car in with a rusted out uniframe, they fabricated a new part just like brand new. If you go any where else it’s your loss!!
This is my first repair with these guys and they are awesome! Professionals, respectful and they perform great results! I will be bringing my Jeep back in the spring for more work. My paint and body lines look better than when I bought it! Fast, easy no hassle service! 10 out of 10!
