Do not work with precision climate control! Joe stole $1500 from me by telling me he and his staff would execute a rebate on a new heater on my behalf. He then ghosted completely when I asked what happened with the money and now is refusing to answer calls or texts from any avenue. Now I have not only been scammed out of the rebate money, I have a brand new heater which has pressure errors and the service folks who sold me the unit and installed it no longer answer any communication attempts. Actually called Joseph based on a friends recommendation to help with an electrical issue and he was awesome. He got down into my dark dank crawl space and my dirty dusty attic to troubleshoot the issue. He got my power back in less than an hour and was super reasonable. Definitely going to call him again!!!!
