I used Stanley steamer one time before I knew about these guys precious carpet. Stanley steamer did a horrible job and cost me twice more than what precious carpet charged me. Steve did a magnificent job on my carpet and couches. I have 3 kids with a lot of carpet stains. Steve removed every carpet stain and odor. Thanks again precious carpet your the best!!!!
I've used them twice to clean my rugs, and I've been pleased both times! The first time, my puppy was not housebroken yet. This time around, my senior dog has accidents every now and then so it was time to have them cleaned again! I'll definitely use them again because the price is great and the customer service is better!

Steve came out the very next day I called and did a thorough job on our bedroom carpet. After it dried I noticed some spots had come back. I called the next day and he was back within hours to redo the troubled spots. I would definitely use them again.
