Not satisfied with how tile came out. Tech didnt tell us he was going to work around furniture so we have uneven spots now. I would have been happy to move furniture around. Note my furniture is sparse so it would have been easy to shift. Tile actually looks discolored now. Cleaning just pushed all the dirt to the base boards so now I have dirty caked edges. The technician was okay, but he missed some areas or didn't spend enough time on others. The worst part was that the technician told me that they don't do the front of the stairs when I asked, but he said it would look fine. When the carpet dried and the stairs looked dirty, I called the owner who said they didn't have the right part to do the stairs, but that they probably should get it. We had our tile cleaned by Zach - he is amazing! He arrived early and worked hard to get it done.in 90 minutes . Very professional and provided us with education on how to clean and keep up the floors. Definitely a five star company for us.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
