We couldn't be happier with our new screen porch. Charlie and his crew delivered really quality work at a fair price. We’ve been in our home for 13 years and have struggled with a pocket door at the entrance to our master bath the entire time. It was sticking and dragging, and was slowly getting worse. I had Charlie of Precision Carpentry give me an estimate on replacing the pocket door with a regular door. While inspecting the bathroom his trained eye noticed a definite slope to the floor due to settling of the foundation under one wall. Charlie and crew did a fabulous job with a full gut renovation of our guest bathroom. Charlie was very responsive and would get back to us quickly about any concerns, even after hours and on weekends. The work was great and it was impressive how close the original estimate was to the final cost. Charlie was able to anticipate issues behind the walls, which was great considering the bathroom hadn’t been touched in decades.
