Disappointed as waiting there for one hour to see a doctor for a pre booked appointment.They Must respect the patient time too.
I strongly advise against visiting this clinic, particularly if you are a senior, disabled, or a disabled senior. Their lack of training and understanding in accommodating these individuals is deeply concerning. The numerous Google complaints about long wait times and disorganization are absolutely valid. Staff often give conflicting information, leaving patients and their families frustrated. Dr Mohapatra and his team, great people. I have been with them since they opened this location. I love and respect what they do for us.
Just canceled an appointment I was waiting! The receptionist must learn manners and doesn’t look she knew what she was doing. Waist of time , the doctor thought is good from what I been told. But with staff like that…no thanks .
