I had the worst experience yesterday with this office. I was so overwhelmed from the check in to the end Medical assistant are so rude. I had one doing an ekg and blood pressure at the same time the other one was asking me questions then want to say I had high blood pressure obviously because it’s not properly being done. I know for a fact the Dr . Rashid did not read any medical records my pcp provided because I had to tell him myself my condition all he kept saying is my blood pressure was unacceptable at my young age . He... read more
Terrible experience with office staff. I have been a patient for 10 years and will sadly no longer keep Dr. Taylor—who is actually wonderful. After reading other reviews online, I was not surprised to see that I am not the only one to have issue with the office staff. A patient should be treated with care and concern.
Dr Rashid is great. However been trying to get my medication refilled for over a month. The desk never answered and doesn't return messages. Even had the pharmacy try to contact them and nothing. I'm now at the ER trying to get my heart medication refilled because the staff there is incompetent at answering phones or returning messages
I’m upset, they never answer , when i need to talk they should be able to answer!
