Great quality service with accurate estimation time
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Took over a month for a repair - then gave us another read out. STILL TRYING TO GET ANY RESPONSE to pick up the correct part!!! I wish I would have read the reviews. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I only gave it one star because I had to....
if i could give zero stars i would. the customer service is completely awful! I attempted to call the multiple time with no answer so i decided to stop by the shop around 440 when i got off work and they close at 5. i could see people walking around but the door was locked and no one answered the door even when i call again standing outside the shop! i honestly don't know who they stay in business. i have decided to go to another calibration company called motor city calibration, way better service
