Agree with other reviewers. A follow-up appointment that lasts 3 minutes and costs $330 is a money grab. During that 2nd appointment Dr McCallum referred me to himself for an expensive $1200 procedure which isn't covered by private health insurance. I rang around and found a practice which is ready to perform this procedure (as a hospital) at a lower cost but they needed a referral. I had my appointment moved and wasn’t called or communicated about. Dr Gavin was the rudest, most insincere person I have ever met, let alone a medical professional. Spent over $400 for a ten minute appointment. So, so incredibly disappointed and sad.
After 2 months of wait. Paid $395 just to be told I need an MRI.
