I had 2 appointments with Prof Bittar First appointment I did not see him for 90 minutes. Second appointment was at 9 am there was no show of Prof Bittar after 1 hour when asked the reception, I was told he has not arrived nor did he leave any message. I travelled many kms to do all the test requested by Prof Bittar just to be let down by his time management.
Saw Dr Philip Sheard on 23/6/2026. He was friendly, thorough and diagnosed my issues, gave me a plan and wrote back to my doctor on what I should try moving forward. My issue is with the admin/reception team. My rebate was put through as an 'UNPAID' invoice, even though I paid $415 on the day. Numerous phone calls to precision (with the promise that I'd get a call back from a manager that never happened) and 2 phone calls to Medicare, I've now got to wait for a cheque to be mailed to me, then I've got to waste my time taking... read more
