I drove 40 miles to pick up my car. It wasn’t completely ready. It was in wash when I arrived. I then waited for it to be done. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend please see original comments 4.5 Star : Repair Quality When we picked up our Lexus the work on the car was perfect but they did not wash the exterior and the interior was not vacuumed and it has dust all over the inside. We gave them our car on a Thursday and didn't pick it up until the next week Friday. They ordered trim but didn't get it all in on the first order.
