Evan did a helix piercing for me. I can’t say enough great things about him! He’s incredibly professional & everything was immaculately clean. I wasn’t sure exactly what helix piercing I wanted, but after choosing a piece of jewelry I liked, he showed me how I could wear it & what looked best. I came in on a Saturday to get my lobes repierced and get my cartliage pierced for the first time. I was welcomed at the door and was told exactly how long the wait would be (about 20 minutes). Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, addressed my questions and discussed the jewelry options with me. The piercing was quick and Ryan took good care of me. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Its a clean, professional place with knowledgeable and caring people.
I recently called in to the shop to inquire about services offered and what costs would be to have something done for my daughter. I found the staff member I spoke to to be knowledgable, and quite friendly and very informative. She took the time to explain what paperwork would be needed and what we should bring with us. And also was kind enough to give us an estimated range of what the price would be, although she could not guarantee it since many options apply to things but did give us a ball park price. Anybody of COLOR don't even bother coming here to get a Tattoo or Piercing! spend your money at a shop that isn't prejudice!!! My father went here Monday to make an appointment for me to get my second hole in my ear pierced as a 24th birthday present for me and he waited at the counter for 10 to 20 minutes and was ignored the entire time.
