I would buy the cheap nose rings you can buy anywhere and with gel nails I would scratch and out my cheap nose ring would be gone. Spend the money on the NeoMetal you will be SO HAPPY like I am. I just went back yesterday to get my second and third piecing on my ear fixed/reopened. This place is so clean and professional. So glad my daughter told me about it.
