After being swindled by a certain mercedes dealership i took my car to Precision AutoWerks & instantly my faith was restored..Joe spoke with me for about 20 mins telling me detail the steps he was going to take to figure out the causes of the display errors. One..dealership diagnosis was incorrect...Two..They saved me $1000 !!!

I don't live in the Raleigh area anymore, but Stan took excellent care of my parent's mercedes and my mini when I traveled to Raleigh. I have known Stan since high school and even then he was a mercedes enthusiast. He is a knowledgeable and principled man, as well as a friend. I highly recommend this business.
