So my granddaughter gets her car towed here because it overheated for the first time since she bought it. The car was originally purchased for $1600 and now they want to charge a 19 year old female, who just got a job, $140 for a diagnostic and $7000 for a new engine. HA! Sent a picture with this nice big perfectly round hole in the engine. Oh...and the front desk girl told my granddaughter, mind you she is not a mechanic nor has she even LOOKED at the engine, she will need a new engine...Seriously? You guys are a rip off. Love Precision! They really go above and beyond witg personalized service. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a family friend. Whether you are bringing in an old car for major work or a new car for a tuneup (I’ve done both!) you can expect honest, top of the line work. Highly recommend.
If you're the type who is always looking to save a buck, this might not be the place for you. However, if you're looking for excellent customer service, a thorough inspection of your vehicle, a high level of technical expertise, and reasonable pricing, I would highly recommend that you check this place out. Precision gave me a detailed diagnostic vehicle check list of what is wrong with my vehicle. Rick and his staff did not talk over my head in car lingo. They sent me pictures and explained everything in detailed. They gave me a check list of repairs that are needed for a vehicle that is over 12 years old. They took care of the priority issues first, which will allow me to take care of the remaining car repairs at a latter date.
