Always the best service. I've been going to Precision since I was 16 and they never disappoint. Kevin went above and beyond to help me get warranty service done. I was expecting my truck to be in the shop for at least a week, but the team got it done in 2 days! I'm always impressed with the quality and service. My husband and I have been such loyal customers for years now. We’ve recommended all our family and friends. My brother spent thousands of dollars here with my recommendation. Recently ever since this new facelift this place got I feel this company got stingy. The whole experience was great. I talked to two guys, a tech and the guy on the office (sorry I don't remember names). They were both great. I felt like they were actually listening to me regarding the issues we had with our SUV. We got estimates at 4 or 5 shops in the area; their estimate was easily the lowest and felt the most honest. I will definitely use this shop again. Thanks guys!
