I have had several of my vehicles through the years, serviced @ Precision Auto. Always excellent service. This time around, it was to replace 3 cylinders. They were kind enough to get me in right away. The owner, Craig, took the time to show me where those cylinders were that needed to be replaced and explained everything in simple enough terms that I could understand what was going on. Took in my new to me 2019 Toyota Tundra. They did some aftermarket add ons as well as doing a few repairs. They did a great job in a timely manor. I’ll have it back for all the scheduled maintenance. GO DODGERS!
Thank you Precision! I would recommend these guys to anyone. They figured out what was wrong with my car when others couldn't. Knowledgeable staff and mechanics. Their online scheduler is an absolute lifesaver! I was able to schedule an appointment for a Monday- on the Saturday evening beforehand. I wish all mechanics did something similar so that you didn’t have to take time out for a lengthy call. When I got there, everyone was friendly and helpful. The inspection was done quickly and they went over everything and sent me the report when we finished. I would absolutely go back to them for my automotive needs!
I can’t thank you enough for the incredible work you did on my engine. After so many mechanics couldn’t find the issue, you finally diagnosed and fixed the leaking gaskets.
