I have taken my vehicles here since 1988. Craig promotes honesty and integrity in his shop and his staff share in that vision. They always try to find a solution that saves money. That isn't always possible but they will always try. The availability of a loaner vehicle has always been helpful for me. Awesome shop with awesome people.
Brought my wrx in for an oil change, I scheduled online. I realize my car is nothing special to other people but I am picky about where I send it. This was my first time at this shop, convenient location, pricing was standard, nothing crazy, and they have a really nice and clean shop. My 2016 Subaru STI had a check engine light for the 2nd time, went into limp mode and throwing the same code as before. I dropped my vehicle off at the shop. Received a call with the issue. It was fixed the next day. They also changed my license plate light and side light for free. Quick service, easy to talk to, 10/10
Absolutely fantastic service! From the first communication I had with Kevin to their extremely fair prices, I have felt like a valuable customer. They are thorough and trustworthy, they care about their customer's safety and pocketbook!! The quality of work is phenomenal. I highly recommend these gentlemen, especially for EV vehicles!
Had a great experience getting an oil change with these folks! My oil was changed quickly and affordably and they even provided a general assessment of my entire car at no extra cost. I usually expect those to come with a bunch of up-selling and pressure to fix little things, but they simply provided me the report and sent me on my way— amazing! I definitely see why they’re such a fan favorite.
