BEWARE – Came in for some routine work and was told I needed a major repair.A couple things they said didnt add up.I didnt tell them I worked for a large oil change chain for a time and know a few things.I took it somewhere else, just blocks away,and it was a $60 fix.What they attempted is worse than a street mugging in my book.If you find yourself there and your told you need major repair get second opinion.Better yet,why even go there.Since then Ive had some friends who are long time poway residents say" everybody knows th... read more

Great place to get fixed – These are conscientious guys who do their best to give honest assessments and estimates. I was tired of other shops without my interests at heart and these guys repaired a number of errors made elsewhere. I've been a customer for 5 years, and my wife and daughters independently take their cars there too. Our oldest car had unanticipated (under-estimated) work and other things that went bad afterwards; but I think that is to be expected. Do not trust their estimate of work needed. Get a second opinion. We were given an estimate of several thousand dollars. A second estimate at another shop determined we did not need any work done whatsoever. Beware!
RACKET!!! – I went in for some front end work. They said they couldn't do anything before they sold me tires and fixed everything on the truck bumper to bumper. When i declined they charged me 50 bucks for an "alignment fee". Took it to Mason's Auto Clinic in IB, long drive but well worth it. Bad Business, BEWARE!!!!!
