Alex and Mark are knowledgable enthusiasts that love to talk cars and bikes. They were spot on in diagnosing and correcting both cars in a very quick and cost effective manner. I bought my C230 new in 2000, Alex at Precision is the only person to ever service it and 150,000 miles later still runs like brand new. Several times over the years I have come by with a problem he fixed so fast he refused payment. If you are looking for the cheapest deal in town, go elsewhere, if you are looking for a lifetime relationship, you'll find none better, or as honest.
Alex is the Best! If you can get to him for your auto repairs he is worth a trip. The most knowledgeable about Mercedes-Benz antique cars, mine's a 1987 sdl and he brought her back to life.
I received excellent customer service and top notch work on my vintage truck. They pride themselves in their craft and give much attention to details. I'm a retired auto technician, and I understand what it takes to be an A+ in this field. These guys have it!
