I had an issue on my borrowed vehicle that I’d have normally taken to Precision but I was in Regina. I trust them and their recommendations so I asked who they would recommend and they made a call to one of their partners in Regina and had me in and out and fixed up in no time at all. Thanks again!!
Staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Brought my car in to get my side mirror fixed. From booking, to picking up my car was easy going! Special mention to Terry (Service Vehicle Driver), so informative and professional! The trip from/to the shop was awesome! Great experience! Every time I had communication with staff, they were very professional, very kind, very organized. My vehicle was rear ended and this was the first time I've gone through SGI to have a repair done. I picked Precision because it sounded familiar and I'm glad I did. They had a rental car set up waiting for me when I dropped my car off for repair, and they thoroughly detailed my car inside and out, which I wasn't expecting, making my car look brand new when I picked it up! Precision is my absolute favourite! A very nice local company, that has amazing employees. Communication was fantastic, I had quite a bit of damage from a deer hit to my front end and it was such a pleasure to deal with them. I would very highly recommend them!
