I had my truck repaired last month, and the quality of the work itself was good. However, my electric hauling adapters that were stored inside the cabin went missing. I contacted your company, but I was told they could not be located. I am very dissatisfied with this situation. Losing personal items during service is unacceptable. While replacing them only cost me about $30, it was still an unnecessary expense and inconvenience, and I find the explanation unconvincing. I would appreciate your attention to this matter.
