The car did eventually get repaired and the mechanic himself was friendly. However the overall experience left a lot to be desired. My vehicle was in the shop for several weeks with multiple missed pickup dates and unclear timelines. Communication around progress was inconsistent and expectations were not well managed. I had a hole in my rear bumper. They did a fantastic job of patching everything up and it literally looks brand new. Great customer service as well. Owner was very kind and friendly!
