Great service! Highly recommend
Rented a U-Haul from this location. Last minute, I changed my reservation to pick up the truck a day early. The location was closed, and the keys weren’t prepped for 24/7 pick up yet. Even though I was the one who changed the reservation last minute, staff at the location brought me the keys so I was still able to pick the truck up. I’m so sorry that I can’t remember the lady’s name (she had just had knee surgery). Thank you so much for accommodating us. It made our move so much easier.
